This Privacy Policy explains how Gen Wealth Alliance Group (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use My Price Tracker (the “Service”).

1. What we collect

• Account information: your email address, password (stored securely by our authentication provider, never in plain text), and business name if you provide one.
• Product data: whatever you enter into the calculator — product names, materials, costs, labor, and markup figures.
• Billing information: if you subscribe to Pro, payment details are collected and processed entirely by Paystack. We never see or store your card details — we only receive your subscription status and a customer/subscription reference.

2. How we use it

We use your information to operate the Service (running your calculations, saving your products, managing your subscription), to send you account-related emails (confirmation, billing receipts, support replies), and to improve the Service.

3. Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run My Price Tracker:

• Supabase — hosts our database and handles authentication.
• Paystack — processes subscription payments.
• Vercel — hosts the application.
• Resend — delivers transactional emails (signup confirmation, receipts, support replies).

We don’t sell your data or share it with advertisers.

4. Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you logged in. We don’t use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Data retention & deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can request full deletion of your account and data anytime by emailing support@mypricetracker.app; we’ll process it within a reasonable time.

6. Your rights

Under Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) and similar laws elsewhere, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain uses of it. Contact us at the address below to exercise these rights.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The Service is not directed at, and should not be used by, anyone under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll update the date at the top when we do.
