Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of My Price Tracker (the “Service”), operated by Gen Wealth Alliance Group (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

1. What the Service does

My Price Tracker is a calculator that helps creators, formulators, and manufacturers estimate the true cost of a product and a suggested retail price based on typical industry markup ranges. Pricing suggestions are estimates based on general category benchmarks and the figures you enter — they are not financial, tax, or business advice, and we make no guarantee about the profitability or suitability of any price you set using the Service. You are solely responsible for your own pricing and business decisions.

2. Accounts

You need an account to use the Service. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know at support@mypricetracker.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Plans & billing

• The Free plan is limited to 3 saved products at no cost.
• The Pro plan is a recurring subscription billed monthly through our payment processor, Paystack. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Cancelling stops future renewals and ends your Pro access immediately — we don’t prorate or refund the unused portion of the current billing period.
• We may change plan pricing going forward; we’ll give you reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service for anything illegal, don’t try to break, reverse engineer, or overload it, and don’t use it to store or process content that isn’t yours to use.

5. Your data

You own the product and pricing data you enter into the Service. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gen Wealth Alliance Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including business or pricing decisions made using it.

7. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account anytime by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
